Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin is a rather intriguing Spanish gin made with an Albariño-grape-based spirit, rather than your more commonly seen grain-based spirit, along with 11 botanicals, including 6 local ones from Galicia such as eucalyptus, lemon verbena and samphire, which gives the gin a complex maritime quality. The result is a bold flavour profile that would befit summer drinks and cocktails. The bottle is quite stylish too - very impressive stuff!
Lemongrass and lavender, shortly joined by a slight hint of waxy lemon peel.
Mint leaf, black tea and more floral notes - think iris, violet and hibiscus.
Juniper makes itself heard on the finish, but for just a moment.

Lovely, unique gin and bargain for the price!
This is a true one of the kind gin, absolutely different. Great in some cocktails, fantastic at g&t. Wouldn’t suggest in a martinis, but clover clubs, martinez and tom collinses are great !
Best white gin I've ever tasted. It was recommended to me by a supermarket worker when I was in Spain for business, and I bless him every day :) Spectacular, and so happy I can source it back in the UK.
Both my friend and I quickly declared this gin absolutely undrinkable. He thought it had a strong menthol taste (also remarked by another reviewer) and I think it tastes like grandma's perfume. We had it in a martini and it's possible it will do better in a different drink but it tastes unlike any gin I have ever tried and not in a good way. I also think that the design of the bottle (as well as the name) suggest something totally different.
If you like a traditional gin and tonic and do not want to digress from the usual juniper flavours do not buy this. This is very unusual and when made into a gin & tonic tastes similar to a sweet sparkling wine, but with more complex flavours. That being said it is scrumy and makes a refreshing change. I do, however, prefer G'vine which is similar but tastes a little more like gin.
