This is a rather interesting cask aged gin from the nginious! range, produced in Switzerland. It's been aged in a cask which has previous held Barolo and Cocchi vermouth!
Maple syrup, dried basil, fennel and lemon.
Dried summer berries, mint leaf, a pinch of cinnamon. Juniper earthiness is constant throughout.
Fizzy oak spices, with a touch of raspberry in support.
