A selection of botanicals locally foraged from the surrounding Ohio Valley includes juniper berries, American spicebush, and goldenrod, which is Kentucky's state flower. Skillfully balanced with traditional botanicals and enhanced by a splash of New Riff's new make rye spirit, this is a glorious sipper neat and will make some exceptional cocktails, we reckon.
