Mews is a vapour distilled gin made with 11 botanicals: juniper, coriander, liquorice root, angelica, pink peppercorn, lavender, lemon, orange, orris root, cubeb berries and cassia. Its subtle flavours are great over ice, whilst for a gin and tonic the suggested garnish is a lime wedge, or blueberries with a dash of bitters.
