A citrusy gin from McQueen up in Scotland, dubbed Citron! Fact time: citron has been termed the 'grandad of lemons', as it was one of the original citrus fruits from which all other citrus types have descended (naturally or through the magic of science and botany). Anyway, as you can imagine, this one is full of zesty brightness, though a good core of juniper ties it all together. The folks from the distillery suggest pairing it with elderflower tonic, which we think sounds rather good indeed.
