Master's London Dry
The steps which go to making Master's Selection London Dry Gin are rather interesting - it begins with a re-disillation of grain spirit with juniper, cardamom and coriander. This is then combined with three different macerations - Seville lemon, bitter Seville orange and sweet Valencia orange. These macerations are rested for a year before they are combined and distilled, and then blended with the first distillate. Quite a process indeed!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Big citrus influence on the nose, with a touch of leafy herbs just about peeking through.
Palate
Very citrus-forward once again. Big, refreshing wafts of orange stand-out amongst the crowd.
Finish
Lasting waxy citrus peels and a whisper of spicy juniper.
