Anyone who tried our previous batches of cask-aged gin will be excited to see a new one, and if you aren't one of those people, now is your chance to discover something delicious! It isn't all that common for gin to be cask-aged, but the oak influence works superbly alongside its rich juniper core.
With waves of resinous pine and juniper, floral vanilla, and mellow, peppery oak, this ought to provide a perfect middle ground for gin fans looking to explore aged spirits, or fans of aged spirits looking to get into their gin. It'll also work marvels in all manner of twists on classic cocktails. Distilled in 2017, the gin rested for four years in a bourbon barrel, and now, just 57 bottles join our exclusive Master of Malt collection.

Big, hearty notes of pine forest and oily juniper, with woody spice and buttery oak char in tow. Then the citrus arrives, with herbaceous lemon balm, waxy peels, and sweet, candied orange wheels.
Superbly delicate and creamy, with vanilla custard and lemon sorbet opening the way for vibrant dried herbs, earthen spice, and aromatic, barky botanicals.
Citrus blossom and vanilla pod with fragrant spice, a touch of clove, and peppery oak, all backed up by resinous, piney juniper.

I was intrigued by the idea of a cask aged gin and decided to give this a try - it is a superb gin, smooth enough to drink on its own and with a pleasant aftertaste that could only come from cask aging. It makes a fantastic G&T. A couple of days after trying it I ordered another bottle before they're all gone!
