Recognising its dual heritage, the distillery has incorporated botanicals used in mulled wine recipes in both England and Iceland (where it's known as Jóla Glögg), so expect lots on cinnamon and mandarin peel in here!
A creamy citrus curd note leads into lots of oily juniper, with zesty mandarin followed by a warming finish of cinnamon and cardamom.
