Olives and gin have finally joined forces thanks to Manguin! Oli'Gin is made by slowly macerating three different types of olives grown in Haute-Provence, and the spirit is then distilled in a Charentais copper still. Incredibly unique, full of Provençal botanicals and most definitely full of olives.
Fresh rosemary jumps from the glass, with immediate notes of juniper and olive, fading into a hint of fruity sweetness, floral violet and anise, with a pinch of sea salt on the finish.

This is very salty - it's olivey for sure - would love a serving suggestion as so far, rosemary and lemon zest have complimented it but I'd like to find something that just takes the edge of it.
