A cask-aged expression from London Gin, made by Charles Maxwell in London! The 12 botanical The London No. 1 Original Blue Gin has now been rested in casks which previously held Fino sherry. Wonderfully complex and mellowed, this one.
Mature oak and juniper lead the way, with velvety red fruit, citrus blossom and spice.
