As if the original VSOT from Locksley Distilling Co. wasn't special enough (VSOT stands for "Very Special Old Tom"), they've only gone and created a barrel-aged version of it too! Yes, this is a cask aged, Navy strength, Old Tom gin matured in Sauternes casks. That's quite a lot of bells and whistles for one gin, but it manages to show them all off wonderfully.
Honeyed florals, a strong kick of peppercorn, white wine fruitiness balanced by fragrant mint leaf. A slight touch of caramel warmth.
