
A splendid gin, produced on the tidal Holy Island in Northumbria, by the folks at Lindisfarne, which also happens to be another name for the island! A host of eleven botanicals including nutmeg, elderberries, rose petals, hibiscus, and orange peel make for a gently floral, zesty profile with a good helping of juniper at the core. Top stuff splashed in tonic, or bitter lemon.
Crisp juniper with perfumed florals resting comfortably beneath, while sweet citrus oils balance hints of rooty spice.
