Saint Clement Gin from the Land Of Saints range is produced in Ponsanooth, Cornwall, by the Black & Golden Organic Distillery. It was created with MasterChef 2009 winner Mat Follas, this expression boasts 15 organic botanicals, including the likes of oranges and lemons (we wonder if that's a bit of a reference to a certain nursery rhyme...?).
Toasty juniper makes a great base for vibrant citrus and hints of fresh florals. Drying on the finish, with a smidge of white pepper heat.

This is a gin not 4 the faint hearted, firstly it is a very strong tasting gin and with that the 40% volume feels like 57+% and i'm not kidding. Secondly you got to find the right mix to taste like the premium world class quality that it is. I used few different tonic water until i got it right and it was limited edition Fevertree Garden rather than the Navas Premium that made this G&T perfect. This Garden/Clementine gin is a match made in heaven and I had to mix it as a 3:1 to make it work. 5/5
