Jinzu
Jinzu Gin brings English and Japanese traditions together to create an exciting, intriguing spirit. It's made with a blend of Scottish gin (featuring juniper, coriander, angelica, yuzu and Japanese cherry blossom as botanicals) and sake, which brings a luxurious, creamy mouth feel and a subtle, compelling sweetness to its flavour profile.
Jinzu Gin was created for (and won!) Diageo's Show Your Spirit competition by Bristol bartender Dee Davies.

Really really tasty Gin! This and another are the go to purchases.
The Japanese botanicals give this the most amazing flavour, and it has a silky mouthfeel, with no alcohol burn at all. My only complaint is that unlike more conventionally flavoured gins, it doesn't mix particularly well with (English Breakfast) tea, so you might want to also keep another gin handy if you enjoy a gin tea. Otherwise, this is perfect.
