Jin Mor
This Welsh gin has a special star botanical, and it's Halen Môn sea salt! Jin Môr is distilled and bottled in Snowdonia, bottling the taste of North Wales. The subtle salinity balances deliciously alongside earthy juniper.
Peppery, piney juniper straight off the bat, with a touch of citrus and a pinch of salt on the finish.

Excellent gin, I bought a bottle of Jin Mor as I love Halen Mon and it’s such a pleasure to drink; refined, beautifully balanced and as refreshing as a dip in the sea itself. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful, smooth gin with a depth from the salt. Also absolutely love the bottle.
Not a bad standard gin with sweet initial then the familiar rounded Halen Môn end. Not sure how to best garnish this one, seems as if the salt isn’t having anything. Thai Basil gave it a little character, and it does require a little character :-/ I can not recommend it on the fact you could drop a couple flakes of their amazing salt into a classic gin of choice and have the same outcome.
