The Isle of Wight Distillery has created a vibrant variation of it's excellent Mermaid Gin, boasting a delightfully sweet flavour profile and rosy hue thanks to an infusion of Island strawberries! These tasty little rascals make for an intriguing juxtaposition with the botanicals already in the mix, including the subtly savoury rock samphire, the herbaceous Boadicea hops and the zesty Sicilian lemon. Smashing in a G&T garnished with strawberries.
Light and bright, the strawberry notes arrive right away, supported by citrus and slowly building juniper spice. Samphire gives is a coastal edge, while hints of liquorice root and coriander develop later on.

I fully admit I first bought this pink gin and it’s blue bottled companion because of the bottles. This pink gin is the smoothest I’ve had. I ship it to Australia and it’s worth every penny. The strawberry ? flavour is not at all overwhelming, just adds a subtle sweetness. I mix it with a good plain tonic. No ice, no garnish. It’s that good.
Very aromatic strawberry scent, but not as sweet in taste as you'd imagine. I enjoy it with ginger ale when not with tonic. very enjoyable!
Absolutely delicious especially with flavoured tonic waters - no added sugars so not as sweet as other pink gins but so much nicer. Great bottle shape
it's delicious, the nicest pink gin i've had. and when it was finished i put some bottle lights in the beautifull bottle, got a beautifull lamp now
