The Isle of Wight Distillery has created a vibrant variation of it's excellent Mermaid Gin, boasting a delightfully sweet flavour profile and rosy hue thanks to an infusion of Island strawberries! These tasty little rascals make for an intriguing juxtaposition with the botanicals already in the mix, including the subtly savoury rock samphire, the herbaceous Boadicea hops and the zesty Sicilian lemon. Smashing in a G&T garnished with strawberries.
Light and bright, the strawberry notes arrive right away, supported by citrus and slowly building juniper spice. Samphire gives is a coastal edge, while hints of liquorice root and coriander develop later on.

Yummy. Got the strawberry tast straight away. Brought y a friend in miniture bottle. Will definitely be getting a full size bottle
This is my absolute favourite gin and I don’t usually like pink gins. Refreshing and lovely and would highly recommend.
Excellent gin with real strawberry taste.
This is disgusting how can anyone like this stuff!!
Visited the distillery last year before covid. They used fresh strawberries crushed in the making of the pink gin not syrup as mentioned in one of your reviews. Guess it is all personal taste but I didnt find it overly sweet. First time for pink gin . We tried different feverfew tonic ,about one to one , stronger than we normally drink gin and tonic. Lot of slightly different botanicals in the mix too. My favourite combinations was the elderflower or the mediterranean one. I was converted to the tonic brand too , being the first time too I had tried it. The normal mermaid is a lot drier and the victory gin is definitely worth a go too. My wife says the pink gin is divine. .
