The Isle of Wight Distillery has created a vibrant variation of it's excellent Mermaid Gin, boasting a delightfully sweet flavour profile and rosy hue thanks to an infusion of Island strawberries! These tasty little rascals make for an intriguing juxtaposition with the botanicals already in the mix, including the subtly savoury rock samphire, the herbaceous Boadicea hops and the zesty Sicilian lemon. Smashing in a G&T garnished with strawberries.
Light and bright, the strawberry notes arrive right away, supported by citrus and slowly building juniper spice. Samphire gives is a coastal edge, while hints of liquorice root and coriander develop later on.

This is unbelievably disgusting ! I can't understand how it ever got approved. I don't mind sweet drinks for a change, but this stuff tastes of rotten strawberries and my guests agreed. It proved quite difficult to give away.
Great enjoyed it. Had the last 2 shots after our 1st vaccine. Kept it for a celebration.
Tried with few mixers just didn’t compare to others I have, the bottle isn’t bad but it only going in the bin once I finically finish it. This has been well marketed and designed its just a cheap gin with with a strawberry syrup, which isn’t the nicest feeling in your mouth the Nxt day
Taste cheap
I love pink gin this isn’t in the same league as most, poor quality taste.
