Part of a series of gins from the Indian Summer (which makes use of the pricey saffron as a botanicals), which have been matured in casks that previously held single malt Scotch whisky, and then bottled at cask strength. This particular edition was aged in a Glentauchers cask, which has introduced some lovely creamy notes to the mix.
Grassy and herbaceous with lime leaf, rose and earthy juniper, followed by vanilla pod, coffee and soft cedar.
