In The Welsh Wind wanted to capture the essence of Welsh flavours in its Signature Dry Gin, so you'll find orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, and, rather unusually, tea soaked currants among the botanicals! We're thinking about whipping up a Negroni with this one.
Tannic tea notes and dried fruit sweetness bolstered by juniper, citrus and a symphony of spices.

I really love this gin. Beautiful, subtle flavours of orange and spices. really nice to drink neat too which makes for a nice option.
Expected more from a distillery that’s created so many other amazing gins but found it a bit lacklustre and a cheap carbon copy wannabe of cotswolds!
