Well, here is something you don't see every day... Asparagus Gin! It took Hussingtree six months to perfect the recipe, and local Worcestershire asparagus is enhanced by local brine salt alongside other slightly more traditional botanicals. It's certainly a tipple to spark conversation round the table, while still tasting delicious! The folks at the distillery recommend garnishing this one in a G&T with a few fresh mint leaves.
Slightly nutty, with fresh vegetal notes leading into piney juniper, with cucumber freshness and a pinch of salt.

Very nice! Great in a G+T, clean and crisp and definitely tastes of asparagus, but even better in a dry and dirty martini
