This is Hensol Castle Welsh Dry Gin, made with 11 locally-sourced botanicals, including lavender, marigold, and jasmine picked from the 400-year-old walled gardens where the castle distillery is based. Get this in a G&T stat with lots of ice and a slice of citrus to garnish (we're fans of pink grapefruit, personally).
