A limited-edition addition to the Hendrick's range, it might not surprise you to find out that Flora Adora is a particularly floral affair. The original Hendrick’s DNA of rose and cucumber is still alive and well, but with the addition of floral botanicals that are particularly favoured by pollinating insects.
New additions to the Hendrick’s range have always arisen from the inspiration of master distiller Lesley Gracie, and this time she was struck while watching pollination at play in her garden on the Ayrshire coast of Scotland. Get some spring-inspired spritzes flowing with this fragrant gin.
Fresh, floral, and grassy, with a juniper backbone lifted by refreshing notes of sweet cucumber.
£4.66 - £33.49
Is exactly what it claims to be, a really uncommonly floral gin. I can't imagine wanting to drink this all the time myself, but it is a very fun once-in-a-while experience that will make a memorable G&T and an unforgettable martini. If you like regular Hendricks, this will probably be delightful. In case this sounds like an ambivalent recommendation, my bottle is already gone.
Absolutely fantastic flavour.
It's a good whack of floral, but not overpowering or soapy. If you prefer a subtle floral taste - this isn't the gin for you. It's a smooth quality gin and is excellent in the recommended cocktail and with a Mediterranean tonic.
This is amazing. Next-level floral. A bit like Orkney Gin Johnsmas, so I guess florals may be heather and wild rose. It is much more intense though, and absolutely what I have been waiting for in a gin. Tasted it for the first time on Friday, and about to order several bottles for stock, and one for Mother's Day gift!
