Sweet juniper and tangy rhubarb notes are clearly the main focus, though floral hints of lavender and citrus blossom keep it from becoming overly sweet.
Fabulous, very crisp and not too sweet. Excellent with strawberries and raspberries. Easily my favourite gin.
