A Navy Strength Gin from the Gunroom Spirit selection (an apt choice of strength, as the range is heavily inspired by the tipples drank by the Royal British Navy). This is made using juniper, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond, savory, cassia, orange peel, lemon peel, angelica, orris and liquorice, and has been aged in ex-whisky casks for up to 60 days before being bottled at 57% ABV.
Fruity at first - handfuls of citrus peels and red berries. Soon grows vanilla-rich, with a light herbaceousness hiding at its core.
