Gin Eva is produced in Mallorca using a combination of Mallorcan juniper and citrus fruits (both the skin and pulp of the citrus), as well as specially selected herbs like coriander and angelica. Makes a fantastic Negroni, French 75 or a classic G&T.
A big rush of orange and lemon up front, balanced by earthy juniper and a touch of eastern spice.
My daughter bought me this gin as a gift because she knows I love a good gin. It tastes absolutely beautiful- very smooth but fragrant and delicate. My daughter tried some with me and agreed it was really delicious.
Tried this gin because it has the same name as me! It is very very nice with Fevertree Mediterranean tonic. Love the orangey flavour, not too overpowering like some others can be.
