Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Big and juniper led with citrus, sage leaves and coriander seeds all coming through.

Palate: Dry. Slightly oily too, with bitter orange and earthy notes. Strong juniper once again.

Finish: Quite bitter with angelica.

Overall: Gilpin's gin knows what it's setting out to achieve and then does it. An impressive extra dry gin.

Great stuff

Really quite excellent. Very much a grower - a much more involved and flavoursome gin, but still on the subtle side.
