Fowey Valley Foy Gin
A juniper-heavy gin from Cornwall's Fowey Valley Cider, made with a selection of six botanicals. While juniper sits at the fore, you can still easily pick out brilliantly light floral notes, making this an excellent choice to pair with an elderflower tonic if you can get your hands on some.

Peppery juniper and citrus blossom, followed by subtle vanilla pod earthy hints.
