The inaugural release in a series of gins inspired by Mary Queen of Scots' four ladies-in-waiting, it's Four Marys Zesty Sherbet Gin from Linlithgow Distillery (the folks behind LinGin)! Traditional gin botanicals are combined with kaffir lime, yuzu, star anise and galangal. This particular expression is inspired by Mary Fleming, known as 'the lively one', hence why it was paired with fizzy lemon sherbet, we assume.
Sharp citrus alongside some sweeter notes, with underlying notes of juniper.
