The star botanicals on show here are yuzu and schisandra berries, which you can see being delivered to Brad Plummer of Farallon Gin via seagull.

Old Tom-style juniper and hints of herbal menthol are present among prickles of cardamom and pepper.
Creamy vanilla, some light honey and fragrant coriander root. The juniper becomes warmer and more savoury.
A medium-length finish, the sweetness lingers with a touch of spice.
Very delicate and lightly sweet, herbal and spicy touches keep things interesting.
