As the name suggests, the FAIR. range of spirits is all about putting Fair Trade ingredients to the fore, like in this excellent gin! It's made with juniper berries from Uzbekistan, coriander, cardamom, angelica, and timut pepper. Traditionally juniper forward, with hints of lemon brightness coming through along the way.

On the palate, Fair Juniper Gin is smooth and well-balanced. The juniper is, of course, the star of the show, but it is beautifully complemented by subtle hints of citrus and a delicate floral note that adds complexity without overwhelming the senses. The finish is crisp and clean, making it an ideal choice for both sipping neat and mixing into cocktails.
