Ellis Butterfly Pea Gin was handcrafted in small batches in Glasgow with a botanical selection that includes the butterfly pea - an Asian ingredient that when mixed with tonic (or another carbonated mixer) will naturally change the gin into an eye-catching lilac colour. It's best served over ice with a premium tonic and an orange peel garnish.
Earthy floral notes combine with bright juniper and honeyed sweetness.
