The folks at Eden Mill took a batch of its Original Gin and filled it into Amarone red wine casks from Italy to create this intriguing expression. After 500 days in the cask, the gin has adopted glorious notes of sweet red fruits, oaken vanilla, and woody spice. Definitely one to try in a Negroni, we reckon.
Aromatic layers of dried herbs, red berries, and cherries mingle with soft apricot and vanilla, while woody spice and resinous juniper rest at the core.
