This expression from the Eccentric Gin range, all the way from Wales, was named after the flower of Pembrokeshire - the Pink Thrift! As such, this gin features a wonderful pink hue, and was made using cherry and lemongrass within its botanical selection. Refreshing, subtly sweet, and great with tonic and a few fresh berries.
Crisp juniper and citrus, with soft cherry and raspberry sweetness to it.
This is my favourite gin. Absolutely divine. I’m not keen on the new shape bottle though, looks like a wine bottle.
