Rock Rose Gin is made at the Dunnet Bay Distillery all the way up in Caithness, Scotland. This very northerly gin features an alluring botanical selection including locally harvested Rhodiola Rosea, Rowan Berries, Sea Buckthorn, Blaeberries, Verbena, Coriander Seed, Cardamom and Juniper from two different countries - Italy and Bulgaria. They use a traditional copper pot still, which of course has a name (it's Elizabeth).
Bright berries, followed by waves of soft florals (heather and rose), savoury maritime hints and lively juniper. Subtly creamy on the finish with vanilla.

Absolutely my favourite Gin tasted for the first time in a lovely hotel not far from where it is made. Love the bottle too it makes a fabulous gift.
Bought this Gin blind from a shop in Scotland on the back of advice from the shopkeeper, garnish with strawberries, blackberries and a rind of orange, I was a bit suss at that point but yep she was right. Lemon or Lime kills it Red Grapefruit also works well
I discovered Rock Rose gin in a beautiful village called Ashton in Eastern Northamptonshire. I was very please with the crisp quality and it was served with Rosemary to offer both aroma and flavour. In my top 5!
I was fortunate to be introduced to Rock Rose gin at the Mash Tun bar in Edinburgh. ABSOLUTELY heavenly with a flow of delicious sublety from start to finish. Very light juniper influence. Delicious!
Very complex yet smooth botanical taste. Flavor it slowly for the full enjoyable experience. Nice premium quality.
