We do love it when puddings and boozes combine, and the Corner 53 folks are back with a Lemon Meringue Pie Gin! Traditional botanicals are macerated alongside homemade lemon curd and toasted almonds. When the mixture is distilled, the vapour is cleverly extracted though homemade sweet shortcrust pastry and meringue to recreate the missing flavours of a lemon meringue pie! Nifty and delicious stuff.
