A limited edition release from Chilgrove, celebrating the connection between England and Australia. This gin features a grape-based spirit and a selection of 14 botanicals, including 4 of which are indigenous to England and 4 of which are indigenous to Australia. The English botanicals are mint, coriander, angelica and savoury, while the Australian botanicals are finger limes, riberries, Davidson plums and lemon myrtle.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Packed with zesty fruit - particularly lime. A touch of earthy juniper develops later on, introducing the mint and coriander to the mix.
