The team at Cascave took inspiration from the mighty storms that roar across Wales and the Brecon Beacons when creating this gin. Bringing together light citrus notes from orange, grapefruit, and lemon with richer, darker characteristics from botanicals such as liquorice, wild sunflower root, and pink peppercorn, distilled with water collected from the Dan Yr Ogof caves, which sit under the Brecon Beacons.
Zesty citrus and rootsy botanicals gather around a core of oily juniper and anise, with fruity notes of blueberries, earthy spice, and pink peppercorn warmth beneath.
