Cardiff Distillery have created a most intriguing gin here, Fields of Pontcanna is named after a district in Cardiff, known for its expansive green space. Steeped with orange and including a combination of botanicals such as tarragon and galangal root, this gin is then aged in charred chestnut barrels, giving it a lovely nutty element!
