Description

The Capreolus distillery brings you a Mulberry barrel aged version of their wonderful Garden Swift Gin! Released as single barrel batches, the mulberry wood imparts a delicate sweetness and discreet tannins to the recipe, which features 34 ingredients. This would be a wonderful addition to a Negroni.

Nose

Earthy juniper, cherry pits, almonds, bright orange oil cuts through the richness.

Palate

Waves of orchard fruit and ripe berries, with floral hints of lavender and citrus blossom in the background.

Finish

A whisper of spicy oak lingers.
