Birch Gin
A rather rich, flavoursome expression from the Birch Gin team, which has been made with cardamom and coffee steeped in the original Birch Gin. The cardamom and coffee came from the island of Sumatra, hence the name. Enjoy with ginger ale or soda, or simply sip neat to get the full impact of those warming, spicy notes.
Roasted nuts and peppery juniper, brown sugar leading into rich coffee, ginger, anise, and a soft hint of almost savoury cardamom.
