Crafted at the Bimber Distillery in West London, the spirit is made with one of the world’s rarest teas, Da Hong Pao - a type of oolong tea. After they're brewed and drained, the tea leaves are left to infuse in Bimber's London Dry Gin. An intriguing spirit that would do well with tonic or even with ginger ale.
Fragrant and floral tea with a somewhat tannic quality, alongside more floral lavender and vibrant citrus underpinned by a touch of smoke.

This is THE loveliest gin ever, my absolute favourite. With a dash of tonic and ice it's perfectly balanced. I can't rate this high enough.
