Berkshire Botanical looked to the plants surrounding the Yattendon Estate, where it distils its spirits, and was inspired to craft this gin! It's infused with rhubarb and raspberries, hence its pink hue, though still boasts a healthy dose of juniper. Either tonic or Prosecco ought to accompany this one very well!
Tart fruitiness and red flowers, with piney juniper, juicy raspberry and a hint of citrus.
