Yep. Exactly what it says on the tin (or bottle, if you're going to be picky). Bathtub Gin which has been aged in a cask which held Pedro Ximénez Sherry and was used to finish the Darkness! Ardbeg single malt Scotch whisky. It also says "Batshit Mental" on the bottle, and it is indeed just that. However, it doesn't say "ridiculously cool" and "marvellously yummy", which it definitely, definitely should.

Nose
There's only one thing you want to know here, isn't there? Is this Bathtub Gin with added Ardbeg peat? The short answer is yes (huzzah!), but the Sherried Darkness! finish factor plays its part too (double huzzah!). Sooty, floral juniper. Blueberries and smoky parma violets.
Palate
Ardbeg smoke supported by juniper, spices and also the delicious Cadbury's chocolateyness from the Darkness! release. Awesome stuff!
Finish
Chocolatey embers - this is the least 'gin-y' of all these Batshit Mental Ideas Darkness!-Aged Bathtub Gins, although the juniper is never entirely lost.
Overall
Batshit Darkness! Pedro Ximénez Ardbeg Bathtub Gin. Utterly mental. Utterly awesome.
