Sherry
An interesting cask-aged Bathtub Gin here, as the the cask used previously held Oloroso Sherry, but then also held heavily peated single malt from Tobermory distillery for several months too. Some of the smoky notes from the peat have made their way into this gin alongside rich, nutty oloroso character.
Batch 11 is a limited release of 98 bottles.
Fragrant, smoky and fruity, walking that vermouth/cola line. Clove-studded cola ham and dried fruits.
Dates and smoked and salted pecans, pepper 'n' peels.
Juicier fruit, with lingering caramel sweetness.
