Sherry
A slight departure from many of the other Sherry cask aged Bathtub Gins in this series from That Boutique-y Gin Company, this batch was aged in a Moscatel cask. This has led to appealing fragrant, flowery raisin notes.
Batch 10 is a limited release of 100 bottles.
More vinous than some of the other batches with a floral, spicy nose. Some jam and nut notes. Quite dry Manhattan-like, with a touch of pickle brine.
Classic Moscatel country with honeyed raisins, mixed nuts and cedar.
Fragrant, ethereal soft oak and fruit.
