Aged in a single 50 litre cask that previously held Pedro Ximénez Sherry and then Bruichladdich single malt, this batch of Bathtub Gin bottled by That Boutique-y Gin Company has taken on a full and rich character.
Batch 9 is a limited release of 95 bottles.
Dark fruit notes, blackcurrant and clove, also blood orange and grapes with a touch of smoke.
Rich and earthy with notes of dense iced wedding cake and old fashioned gingerbread.
Some late vanilla complementing the Bathtub Gin botanicals.
