Nose: Christmas pudding, spicy cardamom and well-rounded notes of flamed orange peel. A prickle of black pepper too.
Palate: Juicy fruits, clove and a hint of toasted oak. Chewy raisins with a dusting of brown sugar.
Finish: Cola cubes, oily juniper, more spicy cardamom and some drying cinnamon too.
Overall: Shows off a fine balance between Sherried sweetness and herbaceous, oak-y spice.
