Excellent cask aged gin here from Abingdon – following on from the single malt cask and Port cask expression, this one offers up another taste of wine barrel maturation. However, this time, it was aged in Madeira wine casks!
Red ripe fruit and vanilla ice cream, with crackles of juniper and peppercorn underneath.
