
A cherry wine from Denmark's Frederiksdal Kirsebaer, made using Stevnsbær cherries from Frederiksdal Estate, which are wild fermented. The Vin af Kirsebaer Reserve matures in 225-litre barrels for up to 30 months, which helps develop its flavour profile. Expect clear cherry notes, but supported by tannic richness and soft hints of oaky warmth.
Chocolate, fig, dried cherry, raisin, cinnamon, coffee, clove and orange.
